This Privacy Policy explains what information Q a Vinci collects through qavinci.com, the Q a Vinci portal and the Q a Vinci platform, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your first and last name, business name, email address, phone number, the plan you choose, and anything you write in our forms or emails.
- Portal account: your login email and activity needed to give you access to your portal.
- Technical information: basic data our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type and request times.
- Customer data: if you use the platform, the contacts, messages, files and payments you store in it. We process that data on your behalf, under your instructions.
2. How we use it
- to create your portal access and confirm your email address;
- to answer your requests, prepare your plan and onboarding, and provide the Service;
- to send you emails about your enrollment, activation, account and billing;
- to protect the website and the Service against abuse.
3. How we communicate
Q a Vinci contacts you mainly by email. We send text messages (SMS) only if you tick the SMS consent box on our forms; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them. We never sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. You can reply to any of our emails, and you can ask us at any time to stop non-essential emails.
4. Cookies
qavinci.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies needed for security. The Q a Vinci portal uses cookies to keep you signed in.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, email delivery and, once you activate, payment processing. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We also share your contact and enrollment information (name, business name, email address, phone number, the plan you chose and your messages to us) with Q a Vinci partners: agencies and specialists who onboard, manage and support Q a Vinci accounts, and who may contact you about onboarding, partner pricing and related services. Partners handle that information under their own privacy policies. Your SMS consent is never shared with partners or other third parties for their own text-message marketing. You can ask us at any time not to share your information with partners. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enrollment and contact information while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Account and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for a purpose. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, use the contact page or reply to any Q a Vinci email. We answer within 30 days.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes are announced by email to active customers.
